Cette page explique comment faire supprimer votre compte RecyConnect et les données qui s'y rattachent — depuis l'application, ou sans l'installer.
1. Depuis l'application
Profil → Supprimer mon compte.
L'écran récapitule ce qui sera effacé, puis demande votre mot de passe pour confirmer que la demande vient bien de vous. La suppression est immédiate : vous êtes déconnecté et vos annonces disparaissent de l'application.
2. Sans installer l'application
Envoyez-nous une demande depuis le numéro ou avec les informations du compte concerné :
Demander la suppression par e-mail
Indiquez le numéro de téléphone du compte et votre nom d'utilisateur. Nous vérifions que la demande émane bien du titulaire — par un code envoyé au numéro — avant toute suppression, puis nous la traitons sous 30 jours et vous confirmons par retour.
3. Ce qui est supprimé
- le compte lui-même : nom d'utilisateur, numéro de téléphone, mot de passe ;
- la photo de profil ;
- toutes vos annonces et les photos qui y sont jointes ;
- les offres et contre-offres que vous avez émises ;
- le jeton de notification et l'identifiant d'appareil ;
- vos sessions ouvertes, sur tous les appareils.
4. Ce qui est conservé, et combien de temps
- Les copies présentes dans nos sauvegardes disparaissent avec leur rotation, au plus tard 30 jours après la suppression.
- La trace d'un signalement traité vous concernant, et les éléments que la loi nous impose de conserver, sont gardés le temps prescrit. Ils sont isolés du service et ne sont plus accessibles depuis l'application.
- Une négociation à laquelle vous avez participé peut rester visible chez l'autre partie sans votre nom ni votre numéro.
5. C'est définitif
La suppression ne peut pas être annulée : ni les annonces, ni l'historique des offres, ni le compte ne peuvent être rétablis. Pour revenir sur RecyConnect, il faudra créer un nouveau compte.

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في RecyConnect وما يرتبط به من بيانات، من داخل التطبيق أو من دون تثبيته.
١. من داخل التطبيق
الملف الشخصي ← حذف حسابي.
تعرض الشاشة ما سيُمحى، ثم تطلب كلمة المرور للتأكد من أن الطلب صادر عنك. والحذف فوري: يُنهى تسجيل دخولك وتختفي إعلاناتك من التطبيق.
٢. من دون تثبيت التطبيق
أرسل إلينا طلباً ببيانات الحساب المعني:
طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
اذكر رقم هاتف الحساب واسم المستخدم. نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب — برمز يُرسل إلى الرقم — قبل أي حذف، ثم نعالجه خلال ثلاثين يوماً ونؤكد لك ذلك.
٣. ما الذي يُحذف
- الحساب نفسه: اسم المستخدم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور؛
- صورة الملف الشخصي؛
- جميع إعلاناتك والصور المرفقة بها؛
- العروض والعروض المقابلة التي قدّمتها؛
- رمز الإشعارات ومعرّف الجهاز؛
- جلساتك المفتوحة على كل الأجهزة.
٤. ما الذي يُحتفظ به ولأي مدة
- تختفي النسخ الموجودة في النسخ الاحتياطية مع دورتها، وفي أقصى تقدير بعد ثلاثين يوماً من الحذف.
- يُحتفظ بأثر بلاغ تمت معالجته يخصك، وبما يوجب القانون حفظه، للمدة المقررة، وهو معزول عن الخدمة ولا يمكن الوصول إليه من التطبيق.
- قد تظل مفاوضة شاركت فيها ظاهرة لدى الطرف الآخر، من دون اسمك ولا رقمك.
٥. الحذف نهائي
لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف: لا الإعلانات ولا سجل العروض ولا الحساب يمكن استعادتها. وللعودة إلى RecyConnect عليك إنشاء حساب جديد.

This page explains how to have your RecyConnect account and its data deleted — from the app, or without installing it.
1. From the app
Profile → Delete my account.
The screen lists what will be erased, then asks for your password to confirm the request really comes from you. Deletion is immediate: you are signed out and your listings disappear from the app.
2. Without installing the app
Send us a request with the details of the account concerned:
Give the account phone number and your username. We check that the request comes from the account holder — through a code sent to that number — before deleting anything, then process it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
3. What is deleted
- the account itself: username, phone number, password;
- the profile picture;
- all your listings and the photos attached to them;
- the offers and counter-offers you made;
- the notification token and the device identifier;
- your open sessions, on every device.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Copies held in our backups disappear with their rotation, at the latest 30 days after deletion.
- The record of a handled report concerning you, and anything the law requires us to keep, is retained for the prescribed period. It is isolated from the service and no longer reachable from the app.
- A negotiation you took part in may remain visible to the other party, without your name or number.
5. It is permanent
Deletion cannot be undone: neither the listings, nor the offer history, nor the account can be restored. Coming back to RecyConnect means creating a new account.
